Wix acts as a technical service provider and processes data on my behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may be processed on servers within the European Union, Israel, and possibly other third countries. Israel has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where data transfers to other third countries occur, appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses, are applied.
